This website is operated by Mandara Ventures LLC under the MandaPaw brand (“MandaPaw”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using this website, purchasing our products, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies made available on this website. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you should not use this website or purchase our products. We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version published on this website will apply, subject to applicable law.
2.ELIGIBILITY
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. PRODUCTS
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of products at any time. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, specifications, colors, and other information are accurate. However, actual colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, manufacturing variations, packaging updates, or other reasonable factors. Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, dimensions, specifications, installation instructions, usage instructions, and suitability of a product before purchase and use.
4. PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY
MandaPaw products must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions, warnings, installation requirements, weight limitations, or other information provided with the product or on our website. Customers are responsible for correctly assembling, installing, securing, maintaining, and using products where applicable. For products that attach to windows, glass, walls, furniture, or other surfaces, customers are responsible for ensuring that the relevant surface is suitable, clean, undamaged, and capable of safely supporting the product and its intended load. Products should be inspected regularly before use. A product should not be used if any component is damaged, worn, loose, incorrectly installed, or otherwise appears unsafe. Pets should be appropriately supervised when using products where supervision is reasonably required. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MandaPaw is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, failure to follow instructions or warnings, use on an unsuitable or damaged surface, unauthorized modification, use beyond stated specifications or weight limits, or continued use of a damaged or worn product. Nothing in this section excludes any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
5. PRICING
Prices displayed on our UAE store are stated in UAE Dirhams (AED), unless otherwise indicated. Prices, discounts, and promotional offers may change from time to time. Any applicable shipping charges or other charges will be displayed before completion of the purchase. If an obvious pricing, product-information, or technical error occurs, we reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel the affected order. If payment has already been collected for an order that is cancelled, the applicable amount will be refunded.
6. ORDERS
Placing an order does not guarantee that we will be able to accept or fulfill it. We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of: - Product unavailability - Incorrect pricing or product information - Incorrect or incomplete customer information - Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions - Payment authorization problems - Delivery restrictions or inability to complete delivery - Technical errors - Other circumstances that reasonably prevent fulfillment If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, contact, telephone, and delivery information.
7. PAYMENTS
Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. MandaPaw does not guarantee the availability of any particular payment method at all times. Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered, customers must be available to receive and pay for the order in accordance with the applicable delivery arrangements.
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Available shipping methods, shipping charges, and estimated delivery information will be displayed at checkout where applicable. Delivery dates and times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occur because of courier operations, weather, traffic, public holidays, incorrect customer information, access restrictions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information is complete and accurate and that the delivery location is accessible. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional information.
9. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. Customers should inspect products upon delivery and notify us promptly if a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Used pet products may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions or our Return & Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not: - Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or customer accounts - Introduce viruses, malicious code, or other harmful technology - Interfere with the operation or security of the website - Scrape, copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content without authorization - Use false information or impersonate another person - Attempt to circumvent security or purchasing restrictions

The MandaPaw name, branding, logos, photographs, graphics, product presentation, website design, text, and other original content owned by Mandara Ventures LLC or MandaPaw are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, commercially exploit, or otherwise use our protected content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website may use third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment providers, couriers, analytics providers, social media platforms, and other technology providers. We are not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, systems, websites, or policies of third parties except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law. Subject to the above, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mandara Ventures LLC, MandaPaw, and their respective officers, employees, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the website, products, or services. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for loss or damage resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, customer misuse of a product, improper installation or assembly, failure to follow product instructions or warnings, unauthorized product modification, or inaccurate information supplied by the customer. Any limitation of liability contained in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
15. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mandara Ventures LLC and MandaPaw from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful use of the website, material breach of these Terms & Conditions, infringement of third-party rights, or intentional misuse of our products. This provision does not apply to the extent that a claim results from our own breach of applicable law or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
16. FORCE MAJEURE
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events reasonably outside our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, courier disruptions, telecommunications failures, strikes, civil disturbances, emergencies, or similar events. Where such an event affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to communicate with the customer and resolve the situation.

18. SEVERABILITY

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms & Conditions, this does not mean that we waive our right to enforce that provision later.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional requirements under applicable law.
